Some YouTube thumbnails do not have a maxresdefault.jpg so I checked and use it when it does exist. When it does not I use the mqdefault.jpg instead, with lower quality but still in 16:9 format (sddefault.jpg and hqdefault.jpg are in 4:3 with black bars on bottom and top of the image).
