This is a solution allowing collaborators to run resource intensive processes on a remote server rather than their own personal computers. The server runs VNC environments packaged as Docker containers. Collaborators can connect to their own VNC container through their favorite Web browser and interact with the server through a friendly desktop, “as if” they were on their local computer. The VNC containers embed all useful peaces of software, like extraction scripts, MySQL Workbench, etc.
