Capsule previews are not playing in Chromium for Vimeo source video

When you try to play the following on Chromium :

https://project.memorekall.com/en/capsule/preview/hakanai-amcb

The playback does not start and you get the following error in the console :

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://project.memorekall.com/en/capsule/preview/hakanai-amcb' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://www.vimeo.com/api/v2/video/46045360.json?callback=jQuery21108717180162661697_1674128131919&format=json&_=1674128131920'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

@dbeniamine and/or @Sebastien can you look into it when possible ? I did not assign the ticket yet...

Note : the preview should work fine in Chromium if accessed through http bu we are now enforcing https and the http preview urls are now redirected to http....

Note1 : the playback does not start when clicking on the play symbol at the center of the video, but starts when clicking play at the bottom left.

Note2 : Firefox is less picky and plays the capsule preview just fine.
