Files in local storage

Files in the wwww directory next to the docker-compse file are server by a simple httpd and are usable as urls in a manifest for mirador.

Note : If you use two containers, localhost url won't work as localhost does not mean the same in mirador container and in the httpd container so maybe it is uploaded in the same container as mirador itself
