Bug on video time control

• AS : User
• I WANT TO : change the current time on the video
• WHERE : On bottom panel when playing video
• ACTUAL BEHAVIOR : Video and time control slider sometimes gets out of sync. Specially when sliding start not on the current time. Clicking on a precise point on the slidebar sync again, play/pause not. Precision : problem appear when the slide do some come and back
• EXPECTED BEHAVIOR : Video and slide bar stay in sync
• NOTES :
  • Check seek_to_time to and set_current_time events
